Heidi started at ACWH in April, 2016. She has over 20 years in customer service experience. As accounts manager, Heidi does all of our billing and makes sure all your insurance claims are properly filed. In addition, she is a wonderful asset to our front desk team!

Libby has been with ACWH since October 2011, but has been in the healthcare field since 2003. She has extensive front and back-office experience and has even worked as a licensed aesthetician. At ACWH, Libby wears “many hats” as her title suggests, but spends most of her time providing guidance, counseling, and support in BioTE hormone therapy.

Kayle joined the ACWH team in April, 2017. She assists Dr. Adams with essentially every patient encounter – from obtaining pertinent medical history information to assisting with in-office procedures. Kayle also assist with scheduling appointments, telephone triage, etc.

Bridget is the newest member of our team, having joined in September 2021. Bridget has many years of experience in healthcare customer service. She is committed to making each person feel welcomed, and their needs are met. She is responsible for answering phones, scheduling appointments and procedures, as well as many other tasks necessary to provide our patients with a positive front-desk experience.
