Vitamins & minerals

Vitamin A 750 mcg, vitamin D3 125 mcg (5,000 IU), vitamin K2 as MK-7 125 mcg. One capsule.
Vitamin A 1.5 mg, vitamin D3 250 mcg (10,000 IU), vitamin K2 as MK-7 500 mcg. Double the D3 of ADK 5.
Iodine (potassium iodide) 12.5 mg, zinc bisglycinate 10 mg, selenium (L-selenomethionine) 200 mcg.
Iron as ferrous bisglycinate chelate 27 mg with vitamin C 250 mg.
