Pay online, two ways
Paying a bill, or holding your first appointment? Pick the one that fits. Both open PayPal's secure checkout, where you can pay with a debit or credit card. You don't need a PayPal account.

For a balance from a visit, labs or products. Enter the amount shown on your statement.
New patients
New patient scheduling fee
Your 15-minute consultation call is free. If you then decide to book your first visit with one of our providers, a $100 scheduling fee holds your appointment. It is applied in full to that first visit.
Please pay it only after our team has booked your visit with you. Need to cancel or reschedule? Tell us at least 48 hours ahead and the fee is fully refunded. Cancellations within 48 hours and missed visits forfeit the fee.
If, after paying your $100 scheduling fee, your provider determines you're not a candidate for therapy, the fee will be refunded.
Questions about a bill? Call (225) 647-2294 during office hours. We accept Blue Cross Blue Shield and Aetna, which cover most office visits, including hormone consultations. Medical weight loss, peptides and the pellet procedure are cash-pay.
