First time
Getting signed up
About five minutes, and you only do it once. If any step gives you trouble, stop and call us — we'd rather help than have you give up on it.
- Watch for our invitationOnce your first visit is scheduled, we send an invitation to the email on file. Not there? Check spam, then call and we'll resend it.
- Create your accountChoose an email and password, or sign in with an account you already have. Use an email you check — reminders go there.
- Verify who you areBecause the portal holds your medical records, you'll answer a few identity questions. This is the step people get stuck on — if it doesn't work, don't keep retrying; call and we'll verify you directly.
- Look aroundMessages, lab results and reminders all live here. New patient? Your forms are on the patient forms page →
Stuck anywhere? Call (225) 647-2294 and we'll walk through it together. Nothing about the portal is required to be seen — you can always fill out your forms online or on paper.
One thing the portal is not for: emergencies. Messages are checked during office hours and typically answered within 1–2 business days. For anything urgent, please call (225) 647-2294. If this is an emergency, call 911.
